Dindim, a Magellanic penguin, was found dying on a beach in Brazil five years ago. Joao Pereira de Souza, a 71-year-old local pensioner, found him dying among some rocks, covered in crude oil. The man took the animal home, where he cleaned it and struggled to keep it alive for a week. Once recovered, Joao returned the little penguin to the sea. What Joao did not expect was that the animal would return a few months later to the same beach where he rescued it one day.
In fact, today the sea bird, already named Dindim, spends eight months a year living with the old man. When the breeding season arrives, the penguin swims to the coasts of Argentina and Chile. But as soon as his instinct to preserve the species allows it, he returns to Mr. Pereira's house, which is now his home.
CONCLUSION
We have to learn how to live in peace with animals, in order to that we have to know how to help them when they need us. And the most important thing we have to respect and take care of their habitat.

Yesterday when I went to the mailbox to pick up the mail I stopped at a letter, without a sender, somewhat suspicious.  I opened the envelope and began to read, in summary, this was what it said:

» Dear friend: You don't know me, or maybe you don't remember me, but about two weeks ago, the person I was talking to was in the place where I live, adopted a puppy, in front of the cage where they keep me;  until someone wants to receive me in his house.

The Director of the center explained to me that they gave me because the economic crisis did not allow my owner to stay with me, and I ask her: "Do you think that this was the reason, or the lack of love and the carelessness towards us?

I remember that she stared at me for a long time, and I greeted her, wagging my tail at her;  I only ask her not to forget me, and when she can, she come to visit me, if she still has time, because if no one adopts me, my end will be, like the rest of my friends.  Here they take care of me, but I am very sad, thinking that from one moment to the next, everything will end for me.

Friends are not abandoned even in the worst moments, I know that you do not know my ex-owner, but I only ask that you make known the situation of many, who, like me, face every day, I hope Don't be mad at having received a letter with no return address."
