Share your Affirm, Asks, Ah-ha, & Apply's with the organization.
How will this information be used? (1) Affirms and Ah-has will help us to understand what is working about this piece of the architecture; (2) Asks will help inform what support our national teams pilot in this inaugural year with the architecture & help to identify where we may need to adapt the piece; (3) Apply answers will help us identify examples across the organization we can learn from as we begin to implement the architecture.

I am unclear how we are making decisions on what to prioritize in the short-term. This seems to be saying that it is a judgment call but that seems to leave open the door to many different interpretations across TFA about what and how we speak out in the short-term. I need more tangible examples of what we actually mean with our short-term positioning.

One of the guiding principles is that we should be simple and clear in what we say, wherever possible. As an organization that uses lots of jargon and words, I'm curious how our messaging will be reviewed from this lens and how this will be implemented and assessed (in terms of impact and effectiveness of comms) org-wide.
