I was inspired recently by my friend Sophia, who is having a virtual zoom birthday party this weekend, and to help us all feel connected during the party, she dropped off "party participation bags" to each of our houses! So that we can all do the same activities together holding the same objects at the same time online during the party! I was inspired that having these shared objects and shared experiences can help enhance the feeling of connection during virtual get togethers.  Blending device connections with non-device connections (i.e. physical gifts, drop-offs, objects, art, snail mail packages/letters, art, etc.).


I know Netflix has something in this same vein called "Netflix watch party".
