Being female plays a big role in my political belief. I want more for women and I support them through women's rights. 
My race and ethnicity does play a role and influence what I want for the country. I am mostly Italian and Bohemian. I have family that still lives in Italy. I have certain privileges that my family in Italy does not have. 
My social class has a big influence on my view. My family and I are middle class. My mom works two jobs and my dad works every day. I sometimes worry about my family and how having not a lot of money is effecting us. People who do have more money that are labeled "rich" tend to brag and get what they desire. I agree with some of the topics they talk about, but others I am in disagreement about. We have a had a concern with money so that changes my perspective on specific topics.
I go to school in a good community that is fairly large.
I am a catholic, therefore I am supposed to believe in certain events and certain choices. At the same time, I am a very open-minded so I do keep in mind other beliefs. 
My friends do not have an influence on me, but we do agree on the majority of topics. I try to not let people persuade my opinion to another side because I believe what I want to believe.
In social media, there is one person that I do agree with and influences me my perspective of the world. His name is Matt Healy and he is the lead singer of my favorite band, The 1975. He has this ideal perspective on the world and he stands as a Liberal.
