FINAL PROJECT
Topic sentence: The correct balance between life and work
Supporting detail 1: People (as students or employees / workers) think that the more hours of study or work you do in a row, the better to achieve your goals. This is true up to a certain limit, as exceeding the time can even decrease performance, presenting itself as fatigue and a lack of enthusiasm for their duties or obligations, etc.
Supporting detail 2:These types of people are not capable of developing in another area of life, they leave aside other important aspects that as a person must develop and without realizing it they cannot advance, since they do not give all their effort in those jobs, without dedicating their concentration to duty, thus wasting more and more time.
Supporting detail 3: And talking about the consequences to health that the excessive time for job/ study can induce, are worrying if it is a serious situation in which that person was pushed to the limit, having consequences like; depressive feelings, excessive stress, syndrome of Burnout, memory lost, problems for sleep, gastic problems, among others. For this, it is always main, take care of your health, since without it you will not be able to obtain your goals, you will get the opposite, because all in excess is dangerous
Closing sentence: There are many variants by which these situations can be triggered, but for all this it is always relevant to realize how we lead our life before obtaining any consequence that prevents you from moving advance as it should be. And that is why I think that the topic should be talking with more recurrence, because we can all go through that, even more so in states like the ones we live in.
