Happy Retirement, na ala-ala ko nga pala nung Chief ka pa ng PID sayo nagsimula yung Compendium na actual copy ng Wage Order tapos approved mo agad yun cover design ko...hehehe.

Ma'am, thank you for believing in my potentials as one of your staff. You were always there to mentor me on matters about being a competitive employee, a good daughter and even a wife & mother material.

You taught me life lessons by sharing your own life experiences on career, romantic relationships and family. I learned from you that making one's family as the no. 1 priority is truly rewarding. When it was time for me to resign and leave NCR to start my family, you've been telling me that you were confident in me. That I can start fresh and build my career even in a new environment like La Union, and yes you were right 🥰

I learned a lot from you, Ma'am. I'd always be bringing with me your words of wisdom! You were always there for me to listen to my stories on success, failure and plans.

Happy Retirement. Alam kong pagkatapos nitong quarantine eh napakaraming travel ang naka line up sayo at sa family mo. No more stress sa work lalo na kung may mga deadline pero syempre mamimiss mo din yun.
Salamat sa lahat, madami kaming natutunan sayo. Yung akala mo madami ka ng alam pero pag nagdidiscuss ka sa amin dun mo marerealize na "oo nga tama nga si Ms Sylvs".
Salamat sa mga payo mo sa aming mga staff mo, yung parati mong sinasabi na mag enjoy kayo, mag travel at bigyan ng reward ang sarili.

Dear Ms/Ninang Sylvia,
Maraming maraming salamat po at nakasama ko din po kayo bilang chief sa wages nun. You were able to persevere a pack of 25 to 60s age of peeps na iba-ibang ugali sa WPRD, a riot division at that time. You never fail to encourage me through our conversations, sa PM and even in a small gesture na nakakataba po sa puso.
In your retirement, may you continue to explore new place, make more time for yourself, nap frequently, try something different na di nyo pa nagawa ever (maybe bungee jumping), enjoy the small things, and look forward to the things to come.

However, I know that making this decision is not that easy especially for hardworking people like you. Also, any change, even a change for the better, is always accompanied by discomforts.
