(BH): This isn't an acitivity for the students perse but something I think we need to keep in mind as we design our the course. I want to be sure that students feel like they are in control of designing their own time management plan rather than the course dictating a one size fits all approach. To this end I'd like to be sure to design our materials that provide a variety of options for the students to choose from so the methods chosen suit their individual needs.

The coach could offer tips or advice on situations that the learner is still struggling with. There are several platforms that would work for a virtual meeting. One were a perpetual room, such as Connect Pro, might offer the advantage of being able to review what was covered in the previous meeting within the room. I see the biggest advantage of this feature as accountability.

Our resident experts could posts weekly post on topics such as ""Saying 'No' to New Projects", "The Role of Rest and Diet", and "Selecting Priorities". We could ask our learners to write guest posts on how they are handling their unique situations. I think that this would be great for any motivational gaps.
