On the other hand, when we concentrate on our work, it’s possible that someone interrupts our work by talking to us.
However, if we work alone, it’s possible that we cannot concentrate on it because of some temptations of our room.

And I can make my own rules, don’t have to obey someone.
On the other hand, I must do all by myself, like paying taxes, work schedules and joining insurances.
If I work in someone’s company, I don’t have to think some taxes etc.
But it has a downside. I can’t receive only a fixed salary.
So, I think it’s better to start a company in order to succeed.

The plus side of this is that you can have knowledgeable life, because you’re inspired by a lot of different things!

The downside of this is that your salary is unstable. It depends on your hard work.
And I think you always think about your own book or essay.
The drawback of this is that you don’t have colleagues. You have to complete the work by yourself.
