Laporte a demandé à Josée Saint-Marseille d'organiser une large consultation auprès des employés pour s'assurer que nous comprenons bien les différents enjeux qui pourraient être restés dans notre angle mort en lien avec la situation actuelle de travail à distance imposée par la Covid-19. Nous experimentons avec Padlet comme outil de collecte d'informations alternatif pour ceux qui préféreraient communiquer leurs réponses anonymement. Tous les commentaires recueillis lors la rencontre et sur le Padlet seront colligés et analysés, puis nous travaillerons à une stratégie à adopter pour la suite. Merci de votre participation! / Following the presentation of the IT strategic plan to the XC, Mr. Laporte asked Josée to organize a broad consultation with employees to ensure that we have a clear understanding of the various issues that may have remained in our blind spot in relation to the current remote work situation imposed by Covid-19. We are experimeting with Padlet as an information gathering tool for those who would prefer to communicate their answers anonymously. All the comments collected at the meeting and on Padlet will be collated and analysed, and we will then work on a strategy for the way forward.
