Because, both have advantages .For instance ;Authentic materials are real life materials and they are encouraging and motivating and non-authentic are a real material for the Students . 
2.I think active listening is inspiring and motivating . Active listening is very useful . Students are active and they have to follow what’s going on and this type of listening rise the curiosity of the student and that help them to listen carefully .I am going to apply active listening in my classrooms. 

Todays sessions I have learned how to plan and how to differentiate  a listening text according to the levels of the students . Of course; I learned that I should change the task not to text . I am going to apply these techniques in my classes .

Their mother language is not Turkish. In the class when I translate a word or a sentence they can not understand the exact meaning.  They have learned Turkish at school. As a result of this , while speaking they cannot think the Turkish meaning .(Of course I want them to think in English but They need translation because of their level ) However, they have a brain structure ready that. to learn another language . Because , they have already know two languages. 
2. Today I have learned lots of new techniques . The suggestion and the techniques that are not related to technology are useful and I know that they are going to contribute the speaking ability  to my students . Because , lot of my students come from far villages. Lots of them have not got smart phones and tablets. Maybe I can use these application in my two or three class with a group activity. I know that they will love the apps and this contribute a lot to their speaking skills .

Today was very enjoyable and fun. I feel enthusiastic about the subject. As a result , I am sure that if I apply these activities to my student, they will love it . Preparing appropriate techniques to lower students’ affective filter can  maximise speaking in class. I want to integrate all my student in the course. Today, we learned the pre activities which are confront the students. I think that these pre activities help student to feel confident . As a result he /she can speak comfortably . Scaffolding is a good way to trigger students to speak. Furthermore; exemplifying how to integrate technology into language teaching to maximize speaking skills.
      We are in a digital age .As a result of this , even teachers can’t catch it . But , being active and fresh will help me to use technology in the class more . Mingle activity, Flip grid , paper slide was my favourite today . There are two groups . A group is supporting the head master and the other group is supporting Keating. Each group write a text than read it to the class. 

1.This is a text from 9 th grade student book . With the post reading activity , low ability and high ability students will be in the same group and this can encourage each other for reading . 

2. Reading can be boring for students when they can’t understand the whole text. Today there was an idea which is created by Elife was a good idea. It was a post reading activity. Students will write an e mail about their summer camp but they won’t say where they are going and the other students will try to guess where it is . This activity can make active all students and make them curious about the places . This is a good group activity to solve the reluctant student problem . 

Today we learned how to digitalise the reading part . There are good programs and web tools . I will recommend Amrita learning and My Story Book. 
Actually , at the beginning I had difficulty understanding the difference between Gist task and Detailed task. I like the first draft and second draft. With this idea I can do lots of activities in my classes. Before that I want them write as a product. But with the process , they will know what they are going to do and the writing process will be quite easy . In our group for example ; we first prepare a mind map and there will be two group and these two group’s first activity will be the first draft and then after mingling them they are going’s to write another writing and this will be the second draft . 

2.I think my colleagues will find the process steps interesting. Because , it make it easy for writing . Because , I was generally use the explicit method in my classes . I am going to use implicit method . Because it is student centred. Student is learning with the guidance of the teacher. Before this training, In my classes I was a control mechanism. I needed to check if they learned the subject or not . But in this way , students can learn in steps . I was using CCQ and ICQ questions before . But , now I will use them knowing what it is and I will use it with actively more .  
2. I think my colleagues will want to discuss about the teaching method of grammar . Because, as teacher we feel that we have to give grammar lesson so classically but this course taught me that that is not the only way. I can use more inductive methods. I think the way of teaching grammar should be prioritised . This is the main problem of us . Our country’s education system is based on exams. The other is to feel refreshed. It has been about ten years that I have been teaching and that gives me the feeling of being stabile. With this training I feel that I am at university and learning new things. 

2. When I establish Pdc in my area, with the network that I established here I can take ideas of my colleagues. When I need a help I can consult with them . 

3.After taking this training I feel more comfortable . Because , before that training when I had a problem about teaching or planing I thought that this was only me who had such problems. But this training gave me the courage and by knowing this I feel strong and relax . Every English teacher has nearly same problems like me .PDC helps me to solve these problems. 

ASSESSMENT 
1.The biggest problem in my local area in assessment is to generally have lower points. I work in a vocational school and My students are not very good at English . When I doing an assessment I want them to take higher points. When comes to the assessment itself, I have to differentiate the exam according to their level . 

2.Both peer and self assessment can be applied in my classes . But I can’t apply them in my crowded classes.  Because , when doing peer assessment I can lose the control of my classes. But self assessment may be can only be applied to the student that have the phone or internet . I have disadvantaged students . Lots of them haven’t got internet ,phone or  tablet. Maybe I can try .
