We could help reduce the amount of cold people on the streets in the government propose rooms with heating and blankets for the homeless to go to temporarily in the cold e.g. in the middle of the night and its snowing so they stay in the warmth till morning. The Imam once said that we must be like the Holy Prophet(SAW) in terms of his morals:


    "His example of integrity , loyalty, honesty, generosity, both of means and of time his solicitude for the poor the weak and the sick , his steadfastness in friendship his humility in success, his magnanimity in victory his simplicity, his wisdom in conceiving new solutions for problems….   • I think the main problem in my area is gangs/stabbing/robbery.

  • This impacts the community because it makes everyone scared to go outside especially at night and the fact that chance of you dyeing or being robbed is high it makes everyone worried.

  • make a police squad to help tackle these issues and where it is most vulnerable to be gangs the squad should go there and try catch the gangs and interrogate them into telling their other members and a survey can be conducted to say where the most gangs/robbery/stabbings happened/happens. A community centre should be made to reassure the youth not to be apart of this bad side of society(gangs)and the community centre can teach life skills like self defence.

    Solutions:

    • Extra help from government

      (eg expanding housing benefit, better pension rates, support for everyone but especially vulnerable households and stronger action on child poverty).

    Guidance:

    • Getting supports from aga khan foundation

    • Hazar Imam says that we should be generous, honest and help others especially the poor, weak and sick.
