Glow: Andrieh's focus on reflection and the connections he used to relate it to the book was a unique take on the assignment. Reflection is an important and it definitely guides us for future decisions.

Grow: Andrieh could organize his information better and use bigger text as it can be hard to see during the presentation.

Glow: I liked that Justin included "Topics to be discussed" as I think this gives the audience an idea of what will be happening. I also liked the graphics used. I also like that Justin included a real world example that went on. on our campus

Grow: Just was very monotone a lot of the time and I think it would help to switch the tone of voice depending on the topic being discussed at the time.

Grow: The organization of information made following along very easily. Carolyne also explained all her information well and provided examples relating to her life such as her major in nursing. One of my favorite and most interesting parts of the presentation was seeing how the loss of creativity and innovation happened through her educational experiences.

Grow: I don't find this too much of a problem, but Carolyne can work on condensing the responses given in the survey, maybe focusing only on 1 or 2 responses instead of including them all.

Glow: Blake did a fantastic job at including useful charts in her presentation and explained the data well. I also enjoyed her tone and pace during the presentation, it kept me engaged and wanting to listen to what she had to say next.

Grow: I think Blake could have used more graphics or images, since besides the charts, there weren't many. Overall, great presentation.

Glow: I liked that Victoria started the presentation with a reflection of the course and how it helped her realize the things she can focus on to be a successful elementary teacher. I also think the graphics, images, and the explanation of information was well done. The presentation also wasn't "word heavy".

Grow: Victoria could have used a different presentation format instead of google slides since we were given the option to use others previously used within the course but overall, the design was done well.

Glow: The overview of middle school and high school was great to see as I can relate so some of it. I did find some of my interests currently from high school. I also liked that James focused on explaining information from his own rather then reading off the screen. I also enjoyed the pros/cons he included as its a nice way to understand information and helps the audience make final decisions on their own.

Grow: James in the future should consider the background he is using as the one used in this presentation was distracting.

Glow: I think the visuals and edits used helped give his presentation a unique look compared to others I viewed before his. I also enjoyed the use of personal examples, such as his relationship with his sister.

Grow: Shavar did not include his survey results in the presentation which would have been interesting to hear about. I also did not hear much about education experiences or much of the book.

Glow: I liked that Ryan felt differently after reading the book and how, in the future, he will apply it, specifically with his children. This is something that I also touched on and said that I wanted to incorporate into my future. I also thought involving how COVID-19 is related to Tony Wagner's book was an interesting take on the assignment, in a good way.

Grow: Before posting the video, Ryan should have double-checked for issues such as the the watermark. In the future, Ryan should take a few extra minutes to be aware of any potential issues that can cause the audience to be confused or distracted. Also, there are times where the text is too much for the screen and hard to read.
