In fifth grade, I wouldn't say I liked going to school because of the pandemic and I thought it was boring. When I was in your class you always made it fun and engaging. I know that was particularly tough during the pandemic since some things we couldn't do and you had to make things available virtually. You also helped me become a nicer person. SInce fifth grade I still clearly remember how kind you were to every student. I realized how happy it made me feel and then I wanted to be nice to everyone.

Right now I am in eighth grade about to be a freshman and things are great. I love going to school because you opened my eyes and made me enjoy it. Some people voted me for the nicest person in the grade and most of the reason why I got votes was because of you, you changed my mindset and people now think of me as a really nice person. I took algebra this year and it was really challenging but it was worth it. I also play soccer for Chattanooga, and my team just placed second in two straight tournaments. I have a ton of friends at Loftis and I am excited to start a new journey in high school.
