         <description><![CDATA[<p>Positive Reinforcement - When you offer students a reward when they are doing well to reinforce the behavior.</p><p><br/></p><p>Example: Giving students candy when they are performing well in class. </p><p><br/></p><p>Negative Reinforcement - Removing something unpleasant when the student is doing well to increase behavior. </p><p><br/></p><p>Example: No Homework when a student passes a test.</p><p><br/></p><p>Presentation Punishment - When you introduce a new and unpleasant situation or object.</p><p><br/></p><p>Example: Student misbehaves and gets sent to detention. </p><p><br/></p><p>Removal Punishment - When you remove a wanted stimulus.</p><p><br/></p><p>Example: Student misbehaves and the teacher takes away recess. </p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p><p><br/></p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Cueing - When you provide hints to help a student. </p><p><br/></p><p>Example: Giving subtle hints on what the students should be doing to earn prize. </p><p><br/></p><p>Prompting - It is an extra cue you give to a student while they are performing an activity that helps them succeed. </p><p><br/></p><p>Example: While a student is drawing, you give them extra tips on how to complete the picture.</p><p><br/></p><p>Praise - Positive Reinforcement when you see behavior you would want exhibited again. </p><p><br/></p><p>Example: Telling a student "Great Job Keep Doing Great Work!" is a form of praise.</p><p><br/></p><p>Premack Principle - Talks about changing behavior based on the consequences that follow.</p><p><br/></p><p>Example: When a student changes their behavior to gain something.</p>]]></description>
