Welcome to Supervisor John Gioia's District 1 Community Impact Fund Page. The Board of Supervisors allocated $5 million to launch a Contra Costa Community Impact Fund with $1 million to be spent in each Supervisor’s District. We organized and facilitated 1 focus group, 1 youth only townhall and 4 townhalls in four different cities with 275 attendees. We are currently working on a summary report. On June 24th, the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors allocated $5 million of former American Rescue Plan Act funds to launch a Contra Costa County Community Impact Fund with $1 million to be spent in
