Judge Colleen Kollar-Kotelly said "that trans members of the military have a strong case that the president's ban would violate their Fifth Amendment rights."

This topic is interesting to me because seems like Trump just doesn’t like transgender? There is no human rights? I think transgender is one of the genders in this century. 

And the other thing that grabbed my tension is Trump tweeted that “the United States Government will not accept or allow transgender individuals to serve any capacity in the U.S Military.” This is another ethical issue that he “tweet”, using such media to spread the world. Aaron Belkin said “signal that there is an awareness that it's not right to make military policy by tweets. And when there’s a deliberate process of study, then the process should be respected and implemented.” I agree with him. President Trump likes to tweet and I often hear the news that “he tweet” but is he supposed to do that as a president of the United States? He is not just the businessman like before.
