I think the insanity plea should be there for certain things and for others should be changed. I think that the insanity plea should be able for use for something as bad as a murder or down to like attempted murder or as low as Grand Theft Auto. But anything lower than Grand theft auto should not be able to use or even have the insanity plea and should be found guilty or innocent to the crime and if proven guilty should be punished to jail.
