I feel like people who are interested in science and the environment would be interested in this article.  Also people who live in the Northeast who might wonder how climate change will affect them.
4. How might different people interpret his message
 People who don't think climate change is an important image, might wonder where these facts and statistics are coming from.
People who live in the Northeast might feel compelled to take more action on this issue.
