Treatments for one on one sessions should have at least 20 hours per week and treatments for a group (5 people) sessions should have at least 30 hours per week.
The average stay is usually 3 months but there is no timetable on how many weeks or months you should be doing the treatments as some people get rid of the addiction faster and some don’t.
What they do is they do an equine therapy, equine therapy is for physical or emotional healing. Some activities they do are physical fitness and nutritional education. They also have an academic component where they give their clients the opportunity to stay on track with school, they also have different activities to help improve their family relationships and communication skills.

Yes, we should work on our mental health as it is extremely important and we should take some time each day to focus on it. Taking some time out of our day to focus on mental health can prevent physical or mental illness as mental health can affect us every day. This helps us manage our stress, have better focus and have better decision making. Resilience is a very helpful tool as it gives us lots of strengths to help overcome hardships and can help protect you from mental health conditions such as depression and anxiety.
