Tet in Viet Nam is very ineresting. Every year, Tet is celebrated on the 1st day of the fist lunar month across Viet Nam. On days like that, all children leave in school, at home and clean their houses with family.
Peach and Apricot flower always blossom in Tet holiday. In the north, we use Peach flower to decorate our house and in the south, we us Apricot flower. Many people in Viet Nam wear tranditional costume of the country - Ao Dai. Children and older people can get lucky money.
On Tet holiday, I usually make Banh Chung, admire fireworks display and visit grandparents with my family. I really like Tet in Viet Nam because it is very fun and interesting.

In Vietnam, they have this event every year, that is...TET! people usually celebrate tet on February 1st! Every family can stay at home and prepare to celebrate.
Peach flower is the most popular flower that people use to decorate in tet. People usually wear red dress. People go to their hometown to meet their extended family. Children also get lucky money in this event. People always make a cake, called Banh Trung. They fired fireworks, go for a party.
This is one of the best traditional in our life, it means "we will start a better life, an approving behave life". I love tet! It brings me happy moment (❁´◡`❁), chilling time (‾◡◝) and a wonderfull time with my family💖.

Tet holiday is a very interesting holiday and usually begins around the end of January to February. Tet holiday is a day to celebrate love so the main color of Tet is red and other bright colors to symbol happiness. Though I blue's my favorite color. Did you know that cleaning your house during Tet, specifically on the first day of Tet, it is considered to be good luck and maybe luck will come to you. It is also considered that sweeping the floor, cleaning up on Tet is like cleaning up all those bad memories and only making room for new ones, like an INVITED ONLY PARTY. On Tet holiday, children often get lucky money and families make Trung cakes which are often filled with rice and beef. They are very yummy! I usually wear my special yellow flowery traditional dress-ao dai(very long traditional dress) to family reunions/ meetings . I love Tet -Nguyen

Tet is a traditional holiday in Viet Nam. We celebrate it in between January and February. At Tet, I usually go to the countryside and stay there with my grandparents during Tet.The first three days are most important.Vietnamese people make every effort to avoid arguments. I like Tet very much because I can give the best wishes to relatives, my family and get lucky money. My mom will buy peach blossom and we will decorate it. We also have special food on this occation like Chung cake. The first visitor on New Year’s Day brings good or bad luck , so the first is important. Tet is very fun and it’s a oppoturnity for us to gather together

In one year, we have one Tet holiday. I’m very happy when Tet coming. Children have lucky money from grandparents. Adults go to celebrate Tet. People can some food about holiday. Such as banh chung cake or meat. When New Years’s Eve coming, people can see fireworks on the sky. It very colorful. 1st year, we can play with family, have peach blossom or kumquat. I’d like Tet holiday so much, because i can have many lucky money from my family. :)))))

Tet holiday is the special holiday in Viet Nam, I like Tet. Tet starts in January 28 and finishes in February 6. In 10 days, I have so much things to do. Before Tet holiday, I need to prepare many things and decorate my home.

I need to buy a lot of flowers and a peach tree. In Tet holiday, I have more time to visit my family and my friend.

Especially, I send others the best wishes for the new year. People always try to avoid arguments or saying any bad things at Tet. The children usually get lucky money in red envelopes. I really love Tet.

Tet is a festival in Vietnam.We will celebrate the first day of lunar calender or calender.It is on Febuary 1st or January 1st. First, we can not go school.Then,we will wear Tet tunic.It is great! Next, we will play some Tet games like: Game Dining, Crash Jump,... We can play board game, too, like: Exploding Kitten,Gizmos, Uno, Ludo,...in the afternoon,we will make a biggest feast in the year.We can staying up late tohappy new year my grandparends. Some traveller can go to Vietnam in Tet to know what is Tet in vietnam.

Tet just have one time in the year.Tet in Vietnam is special.Tet holiday start on January 28.We do lot of thing in Tet .At first we have to clean our house .My family will buy some flower,me don't buy more decurations to make my house look pretty because i can use the old decurations from last year.And then we will go to visit grandparent it will get lot of fun with my brothers . Last year me and my brother will go to buy some decurations to make my grandparent house look more pretty . We play lot of game .And i teach my brother how make icon for Harry Potter.Children have lucky money .At night we watch tivi to wait for firework.And we love Tet.

Each year we only have 1 special - and longest holiday in Vietnam called Tet Holiday. It's on the 1st of February. Children get lucky money in red envelope from their parents.

Before Tet start, I will go to my grandparents - so do my brother and sister. We need to prepare lots of things as well. My grandpa will go to the market to buy new plants. Many of my family relative will give us some Chung cake and go to my paternal grandmother. My grandfather planted a peach tree so he don't need to buy a new one, don't him? We will have a great big feast in the living room with lots of yummy food. The Adults always start to eat early and finish talking and eating late. My sister, brother and I won't need to take a nap so we can play all the noon and afternoon. The day end up with everyone cleaning and coming home. Tet holiday is my favorite holiday in the year.

I hope everyone will have a happy new year with their family.

Tet is the first festival of the New Year according to the Lunar Calendar of the Ethnic groups in the East Asian Cultural Region. In Vietnam, before Tet, there is a custom such as "Tao Quan Party" and "New Year's Eve". Every year, Tet is celebrated on the 1st January of the Lunar Calendar through out Vietnam and in a few other countries where Vietnamese communities live. Buying peaches and kumquats in the North, Central or apricot in the South is considered an indispensable preparation in the days leading up to Tet.

New Year's Day takes place on February 1st, on that day, children will return to their hometown and receive lucky money. Once, in the afternoon, I and my friends went down to the first floor to play kite flying and kicking. When I got home, everyone congratulated me for a lot of money and good wishes.

Tet is a popular and special festival in Viet Nam . Tet is when a new year come . In Tet , everybody could have there time to relax , have fun and wish for a new lucky year . You will have atleast 10 days for a new year rest .In Tet there are lots of people travel or on a location , it great , i'm hoping that COvid 19 is gone forever and never come back so every could be happy again . When it 1st day in the new year we should prepare for our house maybe cleaning our room and it will brings us lucky .
On Tet I love to watch Fire work , not this year to see they out side the house window , I saw it on the computer screen . I and my mom buy a Peach Tree and a Plum Blossom tree . Children in the world would love to have LUCKY money like some of my friend .
Tet is awesome , making us feel happy after a year long , well seem that we have to say goodbye to the last year . The last year will be a wonderful memories , but the more fun is we will have new adventure in the NEW YEAR , so happy new year to Everyone .

Tet is coming! Everyone is busy cleaning the house, my house is no exception! :>
   Everyone started working, each of them had their own work to do very quickly! but my job is the most! It is to clean the three brothers' room and fold the clothes...jj... MORE THAN JUST Sweeping the house! So happy.. so jealous... My sister cleans the windows and decorates the house with her dad! Mom is busy cooking dinner to offer the apple to her husband! She cleans the altar, he went to prune trees!.... After struggling with work for a while, everyone fell back on their chairs breathing STRONG (except for mom! because it took a long time to cook)! Because they knew sesame was also very tired, everyone went in to help. cooking mom!
    When Tet comes, I hope everyone has a great week with their families!

Tet is a special day in Vietnam. Tet begins on January 28 and ends on February 6. In Tet I have to do a lot of things. I have to clean  and decorate the house. The following days, I went to wish everyone Tet. I send them all my best wishes. On New Year's Day, children often receive lucky money. Every time I go to wish Tet, I receive lucky money, I feel very happy. On New Year's Day, people often eat traditional Tet dishes such as Chung cake, chicken,... Tet is fun. I love Tet.

Yeah! Tet has come, all families are busy to clean the house and welcome Tet. All children will be given lucky money by adults. On the occasion of Tet, there is a program that everyone likes, that is the program "Tao Quan". The children are looking forward to Tet because they will be able to return to their hometown to visit their grandparents and travel around Vietnam. Although the summer vacation is longer than the Tet holiday, I still feel that Tet is more interesting and fun than summer vacation. Tet is how Vietnamese people call Lunar New Year. Tet celebrates the new year based on the lunar calendar. Tet Nguyen Dan is celebrated on the same day as Chinese New Year, except for the one hour difference between Viet Nam and Chinese. Resulting the new moon occurring on different days. People cooks special food for Tet. The most important is Banh Chung. In Viet Nam tradition, Banh Chung represent the Earth in our ancestor minds. They also cooks Banh Tet, Spring Rolls,... Many traditions are performed during Tet, like: Giving children lucky money, worship ancestors,... Tet is also about family reunion. They forgive each other and wish for the best and happy.
