         <title>Since all of the Freshmen core classes are doing SBG, I think it would be helpful for us to meet together and see how we are each implementing it and look for commonalities- it is confusing for kids to have different policies in different classes doing the &quot;same&quot; thing. </title>

         <title>We need to have cross-departmental conversations.  We are not doing standards based the same way in all departments and the students are aware of the inconsistencies.  For example, they might hate how one department is doing standards based, but might be fine with how another department is doing standards based.  What are the differences among those departments? Having a school wide expectation would be most helpful. IC is not conducive for SBG. It causes more problems then is helps.</div>]]></description>
