School Pick Ups & Other Child Care Things

It's extremely important that all SMCC front desk staff take note that Teresa will be out of the office from Wed, Feb 22nd through Tues, March 7th. If you get ANY calls for school pick up, do NOT send the call to Teresa's phone/voicemail. Instead, write down the child's name, school, and date and one of Teresa's groups leaders will stop by the front desk to pick up all messages.
If you have a parent that has questions regarding the after school program, you may either see if a group leader is available or ask me, and I can help out. But you should all know the basics of the After School program by now; if you don't, please review the forms and come to me with any questions.
When parents come to make payments, PLEASE review the names carefully. Some of our patron accounts will have "(mom)" or "(dad)" listed after the child's name to indicate whose account is whose. Under NO--and I mean NO--circumstances is info to be shared outside of the authorized people. (Read the notes to see who can inquire about child care billing info.) If you receive questions for billing, please send every inquiry to me, as I'm responsible for child care billing. Questions? Concerns? Come talk to me. Thanks.
