         <description><![CDATA[<div>The respiratory system functions as a passageway of gas into and out of the body. It is divided divided into two tract which is called the upper and the lower tracts.<br><br>The upper respiratory tract consists of three organs which are the nasal cavity or the nose, the pharynx, and larynx.<br><br>The pharynx or also known as the throat is the pathway both for air and food. The larynx also known as the voice box, leads air into the appropriate place. It has eight hyaline cartilages including the epiglottis with adam's apple or the thyroid cartilage as the biggest.<br><br>The lower respiratory tract includes the trachea and the lungs. The lungs is composed of bronchi, alveoli, and bronchioles.<br><br>The trachea or also known as the windpipe is a cartilaginous tube that connects the larynx to the bronchi of the lungs. <br><br>The lungs is the primary organs of of the respiratory system that fills your chest cavity and are protected by your rib cage.<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>The human respiratory system functions as a passageway of gas into and out of the body. Breathing is the act of drawing air into (inhalation) and eliminating air out (exhalation) of the lungs. <br><br>During inhalation the contraction of the muscles causes the walls of the chest cavity to expand so the rib cage moves upward and outward. As the lungs expand, the air pressure inside them decreases and a rapidly moves in through your mouth and nose into your lungs to equalize pressure. <br><br>During exhalation, the ribs and the diaphragm returned to its resting position. The diaphragm relaxes and moves upward and the rib muscles relax that causes the ribs to drop. </div><div><br>In conclusion, the more that you do physical activities, the more air that you'll need. The tougher the activity you're doing, the tougher your heart rate increases. </div>]]></description>
