My name is Truong Trieu Ca from LO19101 and I am studying in 2.1_EN21007_T. Today, I want to talk about my fitness and eating habits. I think i am in a good shape at present. I often go running several times a week in the park but unlike other people they exercise in the morning. I exercise for 30 minutes every time in the evening around 7pm because i want to have a good sleep at night to be healthier and it also gains me more concentration to study as well as do assignments. But in contrast, i do not think i have a good eating habit which is so unusual. I usually have dinner quite late with a full meal with family including daily food like rice, meat soup, and fried fish,... after exercising and i also stay up very late until 12 or 1 am regularly due to playing games or doing the homework. Because of staying up late, i usually wake up late at 8 or 9 am in the morning and in order for convenience, i only drink some yogurt and choose to eat a bowl of noodles with vegetables for breakfast and then i will have a cup of coffee which i cannot lack in life. I also have a cup of coffee right before a session at school because it makes me more awake for studying. I have two choices for lunch, sometimes i cook something simple at home like eggs, sausage,... or eat out to save time and then go to school. Aside from those main meals. I'm crazy about fruits like apple, dragon fruit and plum,... i usually eat fruits after a main meal and i also like some junk food like mixed rice paper,... but rarely eat it. *BODY
- Well, i don't think i'm in a good shape because i just gained about 6 kilograms for the past 3 weeks.
- To my self, i do think i'm half of a "couch potato" because of my eating habits everyday. So, why just be a half of it? Well, in even days i will do some exercises such as lift weights, do push ups, pull ups at home and i'm planning to cycling around the town in the upcoming weeks.
- At night, i usually goes to sleep at 1AM because i was so like playing games watching movies, though i'm sleeping late, i still slept 9 hours a day.

*EATING HABITS
- Everyday i usually eat grains such as rice, vegetables, meat and seafood may or may not in the meal. But i sometimes have junk foods.
- To stay in shape, i will take of proteins to and take enough grains, proteins.
- About the drinks, i like to drink soft drinks and juices such as apple, orange juice, coke but i don't like beers.
- To have a healthy eating habits, you will need to:
+ Eats more fruits and vegetables
+ Only have the right amount of proteins and grains
+ Cut off the sweets and unnecesarry junk, fast foods
+ Don't skip any meal in a day
+ Stay hydrated
- Unhealthy eating habits are having unnecessary food or over eating, having food at wrong time are:
+ Having too much fast foods, junk foods, sweets
+ Having too many soft drinks and alcohols
+ Eat lots of food

- There are food gives benefits, but i will avoid eating too much of fried food because of its process while cooking will use mainly oil.
- For a good healthy eating habits, you should avoid mostly fast food because some restaurant will not guarantee, and mostly all foods in the menu cooking them with oil such as chickens, fries, nuggets,... These food usually deep fried in oil that might have reuse for couple times.

*CONCLUSION
I do really think it is important to have a good shape and have a healthy eating habits and remains it until you're 50s because it will affect your physical strength. You can avoid pretty much bad diseases such as [Heart disease], [High blood pressure], [Stroke], [Diabetes] or maybe [Cancer]. These diseases will weakening your body by time and also grow along with you for years. Once you reached in around 40s to 60s, depends how strong your body is, your immune system will weakening and with the diseases, it could lessen your life.
So that's why we all should have a plan to follow of the eating daily for a better physical body. I think everyone should follow the Food Pyramid (Nutrion Pyramid) as many experts have suggest.

Hello everyone, today I am going to share about my fitness and eating habits.

First, I think I have a good shape, not so fat. And I am so happy with my body and I try to maintain it, because a good shape is also important. It make me more confident, and it means that I have a good health and my diet, my daily activies is good, too.

About my physical activities, I like jump rope. Because it easy to practice, I have not much time, so I usuallly jump rope for 30 minutes a day on the rooftop of the dorm, at around 6p.m, jump for 1 minutes and then rest for 30 seconds. I don’t like stay at home on my day off so I often go out with my friend, such as go to the cinema, go to supermarket, walk and take some photos in the park,...

About my eating habit, I eat three meals a day. I usually have breakfast outside, and I cook lunch and dinner with my roomate. After milk, I often have some fruit or yogurt. I very like yogurt because eating it on a regular is good for my skin and my digestive system. During this time, I am trying not to eat so mamy sweets because the skin on my face have some acne, and sweets food may make this worse. Drinking enough water every day is another good habit, I try to do it.

I often stay up late, because I went to school in the afternoon so I often go to bed at 11pm or 12am, and get up at 7am or 8 am. I know this is a bad habit so I am trying to improve.

Today I will talk about my most recent vacation. I very often go on vacation with family and friends. Most recently I took a trip to Phu Quoc island with my parents in October. We only sat for 40 minutes on the plane to get there. I stayed at Vinpearl Phu Quoc Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights. My family went at the end of the year, so the weather was quite cool, and the people on the island were very simple and hospitable. Phu Quoc Island is famous for Vinpearl's entertainment area, and beautiful and clear beaches, especially seafood are extremely diverse and I ate them during my 4 days in Phu Quoc island. First of all, I really love going on vacation in Vung Tau with my friends .I rarely go on vacation , because it is very expensive. I only go once a year.My last trip I go in Vung Tau by motorbike . I like Vung Tau , because here is the sea , very cool , seafood is delicious and cheap. I usually buy seafood at the Xom Luoi market and enjoy food : shrimp, squid and octopus. This was a short vacation with my family, about two days in Nha Trang - a beautiful city famous for marine tourism. We went there by Futa Limousine, it took about four hours from Da Lat city to Nha Trang city. We stayed at a hotel near the beach, from above, we could watch the city, especially at night, very great.

On the first day, in the afternoon, after checked in at hotel, we went to the beach. My parents walked along the beach together. I and my sister played with sands and then we went swim in the sea with someone who are playing in there. The people were very friendly. Although we not knew each other, but we had so much fun together. In the evening, we visited the night market to enjoyed some foods and bought some souvernirs and special foods for our friends. Then we went to the square, I and my sister rollerblading together.

On the second day, we went to Vinpeal Island, it is very famous. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and was little windy, suitable for outdoor activities. We visited many places anh took many pictures in there: we played thrilling games in Adventure Land, we visited and checked in with rare species animal in the King’s Garden, we enjoyed foods at Food Street... And the place I like best was Water Land, there were very fantastic.

A couple of months ago, I had a chance to visit Vung Tau with my sister and her friends, which is a very famous coastal city in Vietnam and people usually go there on vacation . I was very excited when she told me about the trip because this is the first time I went on vacation to Vung Tau. We hired a car and departed at about 6:30pm and it took us two and a half hours to go there, it's very fast for a long distance because nowadays the road is flat and modern on the way from Ho Chi Minh to Vung Tau and there's also a long highway which is very convenient for traveling or transporting products. When we arrived in the city, it's about 9:00pm and I first saw a romantic Vung Tau with a modernity at night and heard the sound of the sea breezes blowing in. The car took us to a hotel where my sister booked a room in advance with a beautiful view toward the sea. First of all we went up to our room to manage our belongings , we brought along a lot of clothes, items and utensils because we intended to set up a trip for several days. At that time we were all hungry and decided to go out for dinner. We went to a seafood restaurant, ordered some food but unfortunately we didn't have a good experience with that restaurant. The food is not good due to the end of the day but we can have a little empathy for this. However, the problem is the attitude of the servants while we were eating, they were very impolite, they made so much noise when cleaning things and preparing to get off of work as if we were not there. My sisters got angry. She called a waitress and paid for food sooner and went back to the hotel. We were not full enough at the restaurant so we stopped by a supermarket beside the hotel to buy some food and soft drinks to enjoy later. We came back to the room, took a shower and then it was time for everyone to express their personality. As I've said the room has a great view so as a nature lover i was deep in the scene, the sea at night is not less beautiful than the day, it is lighted up with sparkling lights like stars from different ships and i also called one of my friends to share the happy moments while my sister and her friends were gambling as usual. Finally they were done, I was done and we all went sleeping.

The next morning we all woke up early to prepare for the next destination, we went to the coffee shop on the beach to enjoy coffee and see the sunrise. Its architecture is a little ancient and beautiful, causing a comfortable feeling that's why it is so crowded. Far from the coffee shop to the sea we saw rocks along the coast and went there to take photos while enjoying the coffee. That's probably the favorite part of my sisters. After that we went to a famous restaurant called "Cô Ba Vũng Tàu" and it's famous with "Bánh Khọt", all of my sisters ordered it for breakfast except for me, it seems like I was not interested in it in the morning so i ordered another dish.

Then the important part came, when we're on a trip that we have to play as far as we can. We went to an amusement park called " Hồ Mây". This place is a famous tourist attraction in Vung Tau, and was built from 2009. It's located on a mountain and in order to climb up to Ho May before, visitors have to walk for 210m but now we have a cable car system so moving to Ho May is much easier. I especially enjoy the time when being on the cable car and taking some photos. I even faked a reporter to give my sisters an interview. Eventually, we got there, the flow of cool breezes has never let me down and nothing is more comfortable than that. When it comes to a tourist attraction there's nothing except for a bunch of recreational activities like flying ships, bumper cars and artificial glass slides... It's all great in Ho May but the only one that made us both disappointed felt funny is the roller coaster. Me and myself were trying a lot and walking around "Ho May" to explore this place. After a while we were all bored and hungry so the exploration for Ho May ended here.

We left it and moved to a restaurant to enjoy seafood. The restaurant especially is not by the sea, it's on the sea, designed like a stilted house and looked quite fancy. We ordered and ate a lot of seafood, laughed out loud and enjoyed the great moments with each other. that's also the first time that I had seen huge container ships going out from and to the Sai Gon port. After being full we didn't forget to go to the market in Vung Tau to buy famous specialties like dried squid, salted egg sponge cake… And bring them home, specialties here will never let you down, sellers are very friendly, they allow us to try all kinds of dishes before buying in order to figure out which is more appropriate.

The last destination for this trip is a romantic and fancy coffee shop on the beach. It's located on a curved strip of land, the weather is very good on that day and somehow we could see the dusk on the sea in an ideal condition. Whereas, we were visiting an eastern city. Absolutely, with that beautiful place, me and my sisters wouldn't miss an important action. We took dozens of photos and posted them on social media later. I knew that that's the last place we came for, I was trying to feel and mix with the calm and peaceful air of Vung Tau in the afternoon. I took a deep breath and silently said "Goodbye" to Vung Tau. My last vacation was in July 2022, my first destination is Ha Noi, North of Vietnam. Hanoi known for Vietnam's capital and is the biggest city in the whole country, here in the heart of the city is the Lake of the Returned Sword or The Sword Lake for short. It was a gift for myself after a while of working and i thought "why not?", my friends are too busy with studying, so i go for traveling all by myself.
- I stayed there for 6 days and luckily the weather was just so beautiful, i had good foods though it a little bit expensive, the people are also very nice and kind.

- I really had a great time there, what i sad about is the end of the trip, it past so fast and there was so much more i can explore.
- What i love most about is the beauty, the weather, the old houses from the 80s-90s still standing, the people. I've met an Indian person who's a doctor, selling his hometown food and decided to settle here in Vietnam, and i gotta tell you, Indian food does truly tasty. Hanoi is also my mother's origin before our lineage stay here.
- I really don't encounter any bad experiences because i was just having fun at the moment.

- First of all, i think i just have a simple fashion style.
I usually wear jeans and collared shirt plus sandals or a nice slippers because it is just simple and still polite so you can go outside without worry about it.
- Because today i only staying at home so i just wearing a short and a t-shirt.
When going to school, wedding or just watch a movie, i recommend to always wear jeans or trouser, common long pants and a shirt, perhaps t-shirt or collared ones will do just fine and make your self looks polite. Crop tops can do too but not all types of crop tops looks good. But you should wearing clothes that pleases you, just don't put only shorts and holds your upper body, or naked. That would be very inappropriate.

- I never wear sport clothes because though i sometimes do ecxersies, i just don't feel like to wearing because it looks like cheeseclothes.
- Having the right clothes mixes together on youself will make you not only polite but sometimes stylish, outstanding look, as long as you like.
On the other side, wrong mixing might causing you too look over do, for example if you mixed 2 colors that don't go well together, it would a little bit weird. Or a sleeves shirt combined with a short which can be horrible.

- I only buying more clothes whenever i go with my friends at clothing stores and saw something that is my type, and that i would spend my money without any hesitations.

- In my school, the uniform is a collared shirt with bright orange color. I don't very like my school uniform much because of its orange color and it's a very bright color, it just don't fit with most of the clothes that usually has common color nowadays such as white, black, brown. Some schools, mostly in University or Colleges do not banned the shorts pants, you can wear them freely and go study. Unless it is the final examination of the courses, you can failed the courses if dressing inapropriately.

In conclusion, i'd like to say that my dress code is not very much, mostly is casual because i like things simple and conveniant. But if it for special occasion, i wil try to dress appropriately so i can look polite and still energetic.

First of all, i do think i'm kind of a shopaholic because i really like to shopping, both platforms from online shops or at the stores.

When it comes to shopping, i like to purchase for myself some clothes, I'm not a stylish person but i do like to have multiple choices to select rather than don't have much options when wearing to go outside such as go to school or hang out.

I usually buy new clothes from the store because there, i can try them on to see if they suit with me. I rarely purchase clothes from online shop because the lack of information the salesman gives and sometimes the clothes aren't authentication.

However, i will usually purchase snacks through them because i can't find any place near mine that selling them, so it is very convenient if you want to eat some, to know if the salesman are trusted enough. I will go see based on the other customers' reviews so i don't have to worry about getting scam.
My favorite website to go for online shopping is Shopee which is i currently use every time i wanted to buy something. And in payment, i prefer to use my E-wallet which is Momo to pay because by that, i can have some sales off.

I once have a experience about it, not so bad. I purchased a brown sweater online, and already paid through my E-wallet. But when the package delivered to me, i relize the item was a false, wrong color and size so it was very frustrating.

Besides that, i also like to buy items that on sales because you will spend less money into it but still got a good, quality stuffs. I don't bargain because usually i see the price, if its can be consider to purchase, i will get them, if not, i'll just leave it.

This was a short vacation with my family, about two days in Nha Trang - a beautiful city famous for the beach has fine white sand and clear blue water. We went there by Futa Limousine, it took about fousr hours from Da Lat city to Nha Trang city. We stayed at a hotel near the beach. At night, we could watch the city from above, it was very great.

In the afternoon on the first day, after checked in at hotel, we went to the beach. My parents walked along the beach together. I and my sister played with sands and then we went swimming in the sea. The people were very friendly. Although we not knew each other, but we had so much fun together. They helped my family take some photos.In the evening, we visited the night market to enjoyed some foods and bought some souvernirs and special foods for our friends. Then we went to the square, I and my sister skating together in there.

On the second day, we went to Vinpeal Island, it is very famous. Fortunately, the weather was sunny and little windy, suitable for outdoor activities. We visited many places and took many pictures in there: we played thrilling games in Adventure Land, we visited and checked in with rare species animal in the King’s Garden, we enjoyed foods at Food Street... And the place I like best was Water Land, there were very fantastic.
