Let me explain. During the night of alyssa's murder, she was crying. The mother was fed up with it and told mary to calm her down. Mary couldn't, so she used the pills. dawn tried to smack the babys back to take them out, resulting in bruising. But eventually shoved the pill bottle down its throat. From there she kicked Mary out so she wouldn't witness her next actions. She started a ritual/prayer to help the baby, swinging it by its feet, Mary witnessed this and tried to save the baby, ending up throwing it by accident. Dawn then pins the entire scene on her ADOPTED daughter. And thats what happened that night. The case itself is mostly based on opinions and lies. We do know that Mary is not biologicly Dawns daughter and there are no legal adoption papers. And that dawn is very mentally ill. Also the fact that Mary is a child genius who would probably never kill a child. And the last peice of evidence, which is not the most, valid, is that many children die around Dawn. Thats about it. The ones containing Mary never really go anywhere though, Mary doesn't even speak most pf the time. The one time that Dawn is interviewed she calls Mary a "devils child" or other terrible things. And Marissa was interviewed as well,(alyssas mother).She stated that this was the first time that she left the baby alone with dawn or alyssa, and that the baby looked brutally beaten. The mothers history, mental state, and lies are all plenty of evidence in themselves. And the fact that Mary is illegally adopted my Dawn further shows this. We have eyewitness evidence from Mary herself. Also the fact that it would be very hard for Mary to cause that much bruising and injury to the child, considering Mary is still just a small child herself. the evidence and interviews speak for themselves.
