Even though your phone is very tempting, it's good to get away from technology some times. You can do this by going on a nature walk.<br><br>2. Maintain Close Relationships<br>Close relationships get you to focus on something else than what ever is stressing you. You might be busy with the stressor but remember friends and family are important. You can do this by talking on the phone with someone or hanging out with a group of people.<br><br></div>]]></description>
