From my experience this includes European countries. As stated before Europe is located in a much chillier region in earth and the people on vacation there might want a warmer getaway. This is where Singapore comes in, it is known to be urban and located near the equater and thus a more popular destination compared to warmer but rural countries. Singapore also has many tourist friendly locations.
