      Other people think that getting experience and developing soft skills is more important. Maybe, iIt is also true as well. However, only some people can do it. Many people often (since you already used this line in the intro) While there are sayings that college diplomas are not important, but the truth is, it is still a factor for employers to when recruiting.  It may not be the deciding factor in whether you are accepted or not, but it will be a requirement necessary condition for you to when apply for a job. Skill certificates are also important.  Professional-related certificates such as ACCA and CFA will be very advantageous for those you who are wishing to apply for positions related to finance, auditing and accounting. Professional certifications would not only help you to beautify your CV but also improve your profession in the process of handling work.

Soft skills are rated as important as a diploma, and even more so. Soft skills can be mentioned such as communication skills, improvisation, handling situations, teamwork, and presentations. If you are skilled, you can behave better, think more and be more creative at work.  Good people with soft skills are also active in life and at work. Experience in the industry you study for is an advantage, this it will beautify your CV and set you apart from other candidates.

In short, college graduating college or having experience and soft skills all support the job.  It would be great if you study and work at the same time as it helps you to have both the knowledge and skills.

In my opinion, I think it is an ideal idea. I have two reasons to prove this idea.

First of all, working part-time helps me to earn more pocket money. So, I have my own money and see the value of money. It is very useful to me. I would buy clothes and shoes, or go to the cinema and eat out with friends by using my own money.

Last but not least, I will have more soft-skills after I work in part-time jobs. When I work at some places, I meet many co-workers. Therefore, I learn about communication skill and team-working. Moreover, my self-confidence will increase and I will have larger relationships. There soft-skills are helpful for me at the moment and also in the future.

Although working part-time job while in university brings for people many benefits, it also has a big disadvantage. Some students don't know how to balance between their study and their part-time jobs. As a results, they lose many knowledge and time.
