In my opinion, completing university program is a <del>the</del> more common way we do in the past and nowadays. Finishing the programs indicates that you are well qualified <del>about</del> for your job theoretically. By graduating from universities, you are known to <del>be</del> have full <del>of</del> knowledge about your field of work and are ready to get into jobs. In the past, due to lack of well-trained people, employers only require a diploma of bachelors. <del>But</del> However, nowadays, everyone is able to go to school and universities, <del>that</del> <del>make</del> making our certificates <del>have</del> become even more <del>so</del> popular. <del>The</del> Employers now <del>have</del> ask<del>ed</del> for a higher level of education in their employees - not only be full of knowledge, but also have the experience and soft skills as well as many other important skills. How can we, a bachelor who have just graduated recently, never work before, <del>can</del> have the experience? I reckon that university is just one of and the most common way to lead us to success. When a door closes, another door will open. A university diploma is not the only way nowadays, but getting experience and gaining soft skills is also<del> a </del>another way.
In my mind, we should have both <del>the</del> qualities at the same time. The best recommendation is to have part time works after classes to gain<del>ing</del> <del>some</del> important experiences and skills. Eventually, we will have a degree and experience too.

Diem Vy There is much debate about the best way to land a desirable job. Some argue that getting a tertiary qualification is the surest path to get hired while others contend that acquiring experience and non-academic skills is better. Overall, I believe that both academic qualifications and job experience are needed to secure a great job because both aspects are equally valuable.Firstly, a tertiary education provides you with the opportunity to acquire specific skills and knowledge that are pre-requisite to performing well in your future job. For example, to become a doctor one needs to have technical knowledge about treating illness and disease. Without learning about anatomy, causes of sickness and understanding the human body in-depth at university;, a doctor would not be able to perform his or her duties at all. Clearly, a university qualification equips students with technical skills and theory necessary for their prospective career.

<del>An</del> Education plays vital role in everyone’s life, it is commonly believed by some people that <del>the</del> university study is very important in order to get an appropriate job. However, others think gaining work experience and developing <del>men</del>t <del>of</del> skills is more important. Most of the MNC’s and mid-small scale industries hire new employees from <del>the</del> universities and colleges. With proper education, it is very easy to understand the work while employed in real world scenarios. Why is <del>the</del> <del>graduation</del> <del>is</del> graduating so important? We can understand more with <del>by</del> this example: people with adequate experience and skills set, but without an education cannot be promoted <del>on </del>to higher positions <del>as well as they never</del> or considered for <del>bigger</del> higher salaries because the market demands <del>the</del> education.

On the other hand, gaining an experience and learning new skills is essential. It is so important to understand work, which is only possible by gaining practical understanding and developing skill sets. Practical knowledge makes things easy to understand and enhances abilities which can be used in real time. Why do some people believe that <del>the</del> experience is important? This example will elaborate clearly; every day, new challenges are taken on the chin by project/industrial engineers. In order to face those situations and provide feasible solutions, it requires <del>an</del> experience and skill.

In conclusion, gaining the proper experience and learning new skills is <del>so</del> very important in the real employment practices. However, without an education, there is less individual growth in terms of self-development and career opportunities. The experience can be gained after completing college or university education.

I think university is good, but with experience, the ability to handle things in work will be better. We need to coordinate both of the above and need to read a lot of books about what <del>you</del> we want to do in the future.

When applying for jobs to companies and factories, we all have to go through interviews with employers.

In a lot of regions, young adults work part-time professions whilst they go to university to study. In my opinion, I think it is an ideal idea. I have two reasons to prove this idea.

First of all, working part-time helps me to earn more pocket money. So, I have my own money and see the value of money. It is very useful to me. I would buy clothes and shoes, or go to the cinema and eat out with friends <del>by</del> using my own money.

Last but not least, I will have more soft-skills after I work in part-time jobs. When I work at some places, I meet many co-workers. Therefore, I learn about communication skill and team-working. Moreover, my self-confidence will increase and I will have larger relationships. The<del>re</del> soft-skills are helpful for me at the moment and also in the future.

Although working part-time job while in university brings for people many benefits, it also has a big disadvantage. Some students don't know how to balance between their study and <del>their</del> part-time jobs. As a results, they lose many knowledge and time. When they can earn their own money, they want to make more and more. Therefore, they would feel lazy and they don't want to continue university. This disadvantage is <del>the</del> one that most students always fall into.

In brief, although I believe working part-time is one of best ways for students to prepare before they graduate and begin to work, there is also a drawback for working part-time careers that students should be careful of <del>for</del>.
