During the day temperatures can get as high as 140 degrees. But at night it can get as low as 50 degrees. Dehydration is a common health risk in the desert as well because there can be lack of water. Sandstorms and dangerous insects/bugs can be an issue too.
For example: The Arabian Desert is one of the most dangerous deserts in the world.

Deforestation also affects hunters when all the trees are cut down in the area where they are hunting.
