I started doing my SIEP at Kedai Kopi PokZin.
First day, I meet another 2 workers. They are sharing a lot information about the shop.
I tried to learn taking order from customer during that day.

Earlier in the morning, the shop opened to sell "Nasi Bungkus". So, the workers need to serves the customers and taking order for wrap the order. There were a lot of Lauk-Pauk and Kuih Muih are sold there.

As usual, do the same duties every morning. After that, need to sweep, clean and organized the equipment that are used.
I need make sure all the facilities in a good condition and ready for uses.

This day, the owner Pn Nurazimah give a little sharing on how to handle complaint and problem as follow the policies "Customer is Always Right".

As usual, do the same duties in the morning until the last day i work there.
I learn on how to determinate all food enough same as the customer need for other days.
I need to make sure the tray, cups, plates, and other cutlery is always sufficient and clean.

I learn calculates the need for adeque cooking supplies for the daily menu that has been set by the owner. If the raw material is not enough I need to deal with the supplier.

I'm not only work as a waiter and work in front of the shop.
I also work at the kitchen and need to clean all the big and small things that are used for preparing the food.

Pn Nurazimah also give full of her trust to me. She want me to handle at the cashier place. She want me to make a record the receiving and pay operating expenses.

As usual task need to fulfill.
Need to set up the place, material, serves the customer order and make sure that all preparation can obtain and maximum customer satisfaction.

From the first until the last day i work there, I learned a lot of thing such as taking a wrong order and how to overcome that, the customer can wait and need a faster services, the angrily customer and more.
But i'm happy work at there because the owner which is Pn Nurazimah very kind person and she always calm handling the customer. A big thank to her because of the chance and taking care about their workers. Will miss them.. <3
