         <title>LACK OF SELF ESTEEM </title>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>There are a variety of reasons why people have low self-esteem. When someone has poor self-esteem, they are unclear about who they are and what they can do, and they typically feel neglected. People with low self-esteem are always afraid of making mistakes or disappointing others. According to one study conducted in Kuwait, the number of people having lack self- esteem has been increasing in the past years and it is associated with the number of people who takes drugs. I decided to write about it because their lack of self-esteem has increased lately and self-esteem difficulties can have a severe impact on their health and personal/professional connections. There are several causes and examples of lack of self-esteem. The first one, is Criticism Sensitivity, if you have poor self-esteem, you may be more sensitive to criticism, whether it comes from others or yourself. You merely interpret it as proof of your deficiencies and inability to perform anything properly. The second one, low self-esteem manifests itself in social withdrawal, declining offers to attend a party or meet up with friends, and generally not wanting to be around others. The third one, is physical Signs and Symptoms Low self-esteem has been linked to depression, anxiety, and anorexia, among other mental and physical health difficulties and leads to unhealthy habits like smoking, drinking, or using drugs.<br>In Short, these are the factors that contribute to a person's low self-esteem.<br><br><strong>Source:</strong><a href="https://spinecentral.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/self-esteem.jpeg">https://spinecentral.co.uk/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/self-esteem.jpeg</a></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div><br><br>There are many ways to improve low self-esteem. One way to improve your self-esteem is to build positive relationships. If you have a toxic relationships, try to end them and avoid toxic people. Also, if you have friends who tend to bring you down, try to tell them how their words and actions make you feel. For example, if you have a friend who you spend a lot of time with and he always say negative things and he always spread negative energy, try as much as you can to spend less time with him, and try to tell him how you feel about it. Another way to improve your low self-esteem is to be kind to yourself. Being kind to yourself means being nice to yourself when you feel down and being self-critical. In this situation think what you would say to a friend in a similar situation. You will give a better advice to yourself. Learn to be assertive and start saying “no”. Being assertive on the one hand is respecting other people’s opinion, and expecting the same from them. Starting saying no on the other hand doesn’t upset relationships. Actually people with lack of self-esteem sometimes feel like they have to say yes even when they don’t really want to. That’s a risk, you might become depressed, angry to yourself, and overburdened. Starting saying no can help to improve your self-esteem. In brief, there are a lot of solutions for the lack of self-esteem like build good relationships, be kind to yourself, learn to be assertive and start saying no.&nbsp;<br><br><br></div>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<div>Lack of self-esteem is a serious problem that has negative effects on people’s lives. To begin with, a lot of people in Kuwait suffer from low self-esteem especially nowadays. It often happens to people who were bullied in their childhood or had toxic relationships. Second, low self-esteem has numerous negative effects, such as lack of confidence. For instance, people who lack self-esteem usually care too much about other people’s opinions on themselves, therefore, they don’t feel confident and they constantly compare themselves to others because they don’t think that they are good enough. Lack of self-esteem can lead to other problems as well. To give an example, stress is one of the most common conditions that happen to people who lack self-esteem because they always have negative thoughts and they overthink everything people say. Low self-esteem also affects their social lives. They become less sociable and they avoid attending social events most of the time because they are afraid of being negatively judged. Lastly, I think that this problem doesn’t affect the society because it’s about your general attitude towards yourself not people around you. We search a lot to find the most effective way to deal with low self-esteem in Kuwait, and we believe that it is building positive relationships for several reasons. For example, if you have good and positive friends, you will love and accept yourself. Also, your thoughts will change into positive thoughts. You will notice that you will feel more comfortable, happy, acceptable, and loved. You will feel how precious you are. Therefore, you will know your value because you changed the way you look at yourself. You will also have self-confidence and it will positively affect your health and social life. Building positive relationships will make you realize your worth and you will have a healthy view of yourself. In short, remember that to strengthen your self-esteem, you need time and effort. Don't give up halfway and do your best.          <description><![CDATA[<div>I think that what my friend faced, a lot of people faced. My friend has a lack of self-esteem problem. She faced this because she was very overweight. Every time she looks in the mirror, she feels bad. First, she doesn’t eat healthy food. For example,She ate chocolate, fast food, and soft drinks. Second, she wasn’t playing sports. For instance,She spends her time sitting in the home eating unhealthy food but inside she feels bad . This is her life style from he was in eleven years old till 18 years. Seven years not little. every time people look at my friend, they laugh about her body. in the malls, friends' gatherings, universities, and a lot of places. she has psychological problems. like depression and stress. So she thinking long time . finally, she decided to change her life. So she contacted a dietitian to organize what she would eat. She joined the club to play sports.
