Some countries are a lot more physically fit then others but every place disagrees. The country where people live the longest is Monaco. They live almost 10 years longer than people in the U.S.A. The people in&nbsp;Monaco live longer for many reasons. Some reasons include good heath care, low rates of violence, and low natural disasters and epidemics. </p>]]></description>

         <description><![CDATA[<p>Is it true if you wear more clothes while you exercise you burn more fat or burn more calories?</p><p>No,&nbsp; The majority of weight lost through sweating is water weight and will be replenished as soon as you drink more water.</p><p>Wearing more layers will increase the heart rate to maintain body temperature and will also burn more calories, But this does not cause permanent weight loss.</p><p>By wearing more layers you may be putting yourself in danger of heat exhaustion.</p><p>After the work out rehydration will add the weight back on.</p>]]></description>
