The problem is that teenagers are consuming a lot of alcohol at high school parties, sometimes by peer pressure, and this alcohol leads to great problems.
Why should anything be done at all? Something should be done at all since alcoholism is a big issue, which starts off mainly while people are teenagers.
What should or could be happening? What do you want to preserve? What we want to preserve is the life that the teenagers have right now and improve it.
What do you want to avoid? What we want to avoid is for people not to pay attention to our problems, and for them to think alcohol is ok to consume.
