Character: Boo (Arthur) Radley.

Boo Radley was and wasn't a main character. He was mentioned many of times but no one in the book really ever saw him until the end of the book. Boo Radley was very shy and almost timid. He never said anything when he was seen in the book. Boo was very mysterious, in the book he would leave little things in the hole of the tree for Jem and Scout.

The Great Caravan

I am pretty sure that everyone has heard about the great caravan that was/is heading towards the U.S and Mexico's border. Many people such as our own president want them to go back. Most of the people are coming here to seek asylum and help. We did the exact same thing when we came to America, to find a better place then Great Britain. So these people need to think of the situation that these people are in, just like we were.

Sexist jokes in MMHS

This topic might not be in big news but this is going on right in our own school. A good amount of guys in our grade make very sexist joke that women don't have rights or you can't do that because you are a women. In my opinion I believe that women can get what they want if they try, but when I hear this, it is very discouraging. If we were doing that to them they probably won't like it if we said that they couldn't do certain things just because they were men. Sometimes I even doubt about my sports because they say that they aren't real because they are women sports.

In the world there has always been a lot of racism and by now everyone knows that. There is a lot of problems with the fact of racism. Most racism is to muslins, African Americans, or Mexicans. We as most Caucasian Americans don't really understand how much that can hurt someone

"Before he went inside this house, he stopped in front of Boo Radley. "Thank you for my children, Arthur," he said,"(Lee 370). This relates to my theme because this shows that Boo isn't what people say he is.

"If Boo Radley killed them they'd miss school instead of vacation, and because it was easier to see inside a dark house in the dark, then the daytime."(Lee 69). This is another thing of people assuming that Boo Radley is a bad person.
