For example,  students who are keen on medicine in Taiwan may find out that James Laidlaw Maxwell and his sons oversaw the construction of Sin-lâu Hospital in Tainan, the first western-style hospital in Taiwan. 
Group 4 subjects also help the students to have a clear mind about the science profession life. At our institution, we help to place students in professional shadowing. Trough paper reading and the poster group project, students engage in the ownership of the learning. Recently we had a debate in our ethics topics regarding to the embryonic stem cell development and organ transportation.
