It is good  to get students’ attention.  It is also very useful to speaking skills. They can chance to speak all classmates. I refreshed reading skills section (pre,while post) We talked about pre reading tasks,gist tasks, detailed and post tasks. First, we had a look assessment for four skills. For writing assessment, it should be authentic task, it should be relevant and appropriate. For listening, avoid Long answer. While we asses speaking skills, it can be challenging but if you plan very well, it can be applicable. For assessing reading, it needs to be meaningful. Reading should be relevant or right lengt etc. additionally, we focused on self- assessment. We talked about pros and cons. Honestly, I didn’t use self assessment task in my classroom. However, from now on, I will use it in my classrooms. They have lots of advantages of learning. Going on PLC,  It was not clear in my mind. It was mentioned that what it is, benefits of it, drawbacks etc. Next, We did self-assessment checklist after writing and speaking task.
