Norm setting to settle the class

Group activities were really engaging in lesson

Settling the class before the session is important

Need to juggle between two building for different classes where entire setup is new and and not yet properly settled

Dealing with behavioural issue of kids

There are students in 9th and 10 th who tech savvy also but some are there who are afraid to use computer

This is the very first time Computer Subject is there and we don't have that much idea about thier overall knowledge in this subject. So it will take some time

Focus on class management

Positive - I am ready with the computer lab setup now. Looking forward for engaging learning in classroom for all the kids

Focus - need to work on class management for higher grades

I have successfully completed Unit 0, the classes are improving day by day. Made a bunch of friends in school.

Focus:

increase the amount of laptop usage in the classroom.

Positive aspect-My team has been very co-operative from day 1 including helper didis to SL to ASL and admin Bhaiya. I was able to set up the norms and routines in the maximum no of classes.

Challenge to focus

I want to complete the whole lesson plan in 40 mins session.

Focus: 1. Need to make more flexible ways to teach children, so that they could easily grasps and implement with ease.

2. I would appreciate anyone to assist me during lab hours.

Focus: Lesson content and routine task.

The children of all grades are excited about ICT class and me as their “ICT Didi”.

60% of the class following routines like getting into queue while coming to Computer class.

Following the timer and instructions clearly.

Grade 5th, 7th, 8th and 9th were able to PT individually.

3) completing performance task for all grades at end of unit due to exams celebration in school

Providing simpler terms helps students understand easier

Organising them is a big task and providing help to them is really hard as it gets haywire when everyone calls out for help

Since I observe other teacher's classes as well specially who has acquired perfect norms and routines with the students, my aim is too to achieve the same.

They treat me with respect and kindness.

All the teachers are amazing and helpful.

Children are lovable and productive.

I don’t get any other help from any teachers nor I have any volunteers or aspiring teachers. (I have to handle everything who handedly)

1) students are able to understand how to do research using google

Execution plan was so well implemented.

I was able to Complete the MOY examinations as per the given time that is exact two weeks.

Tracking absentees for a particular missed assessment was a great challenge and collecting evidences for younger grades.

Almost able to meet my timeline

I had to Take Care of the classes back to back and couldn’t even able to update the mark list..

After classes, had meetings to attend and couldn’t get time to finish my goals.

it was literally stressing for me. (Thank you to Vidya Di, she was the one to support me).

Children were finding lots of difficulties to finish their forms as it wasn’t submitting properly and they had Time constraints for PT, which made them stress and cry.
