Since the school does not have a color printer, I usually print any color at my home.

I provide the kids with scaffolding. Example currently we are studying the solar system. I have a board in the hall which they will draw the night sky. I have previously given them two star maps. I will be telling them where north is and then they do the rest. 
I use "the Universe at your fingertips" by Astronomical Society of the Pacific, astrosociety.org

Vocabulary work is crucial and students learn to use the vocabulary in their presentations.  In my classroom, student presentations are gradual, beginning with a few seconds of speaking and progressing to 30 seconds, one minute, etc., in the Toastmasters manner.  Presentations must include the vocabulary in the correct context.  Students use visuals to present, including the presentation software.

Students feel great after a presenting, and so it progresses.  Students work on projects and present them accordingly.  This is a great way that connects literacy confidence with vocabulary and presentations, tried and true in my classroom.
