As an Auditory learner, I connect more with the information by actively hearing and listening. If I want to learn something, I tend to listen carefully, and if it is necessary, I like to repeat it as many times as I need.

When it comes to studying something, one of the things that has been helping me the most is reading out loud the information that I want to take in, sometimes, I write down the main ideas as well.

When it comes to presenting something, I usually feel confident and it is just easy for me to talk with others even if I have never seen them before.

One of the things that I struggle with is graphics and diagrams; I prefer to read an article or watch a video instead.

Kinesthetic is THE learning style for me. I feel that I never fully grasp a concept/activity until I get the chance to try it hands-on. Whether its math or Karate class, the most improvement I get is when I go through the task physically. This is the reason I favored "Poster" assignments in High School. I'd be given the chance to personally fetch information, and lay it out in a more or less unique way. Looking back, this way of sourcing info and products on my own, helped reinforce learning concepts the best in my head.

Let's take it to the dojo. A student must perform a karate move hundreds or thousands of times to master it fully, regardless of how perfect it is shown to them. I know this fact well, as I have been doing martial arts for nearly a decade.

Once completing the VARK quiz, I wasn't overly surprised by the result stating I am a strong kinesthetic learner. Some of my best learning experiences in the past have been hands on and taking the risk of doing it incorrectly. I have found that I learn just as much from my mistakes or if not better than accomplishing a task immediately. When applying kinesthetic learning techniques to my current and very new experience of attending university classes, I can anticipate that I will try a few methods of study before I find one or two that best suit me.

I like to listen and repeat things in my head a numerous amount of times until i can remember. I listen to audio recordings of different things that i am learning about while i do chores in my house or whilst i workout. I feel confident to talk for some presentations, i say some because I can freely talk and come up with what to say on the spot when it is about something that interests me. It is harder for me to talk about things I don't know about right away or things i am not interested in.
