In the summer I turned pretty it is about a 16 year old girl named Belly and she had a really big glow up in the winter with her 17 year old brother and they go to their moms best friend beach house every summer at cousins beach and there are two boys there named Conrad and Jeremiah.Belly has been upset send over Conrad her entire life but she never really new if Conrad liked her but she always saw Jeremiah as a brother and no more but Jeremiah likes her a lot.When Belly got to the summer house and they all ran up to her and her brother but Conrad just stared at her.she was thinking that this year was the year but little did she know it was going to be a bad year. The boys go to a bonfire and they make belly stay home and watch a movie with the moms but belly didn’t want to so she snuck out and walked there alone.when she got the Conrad was with another girl so that made her upset but Jeremiah ra over to her and told her to hang out with him but she got into a fight with Conrad so she went and sat alone until a boy walked over and sat with her and gave her his jacket.They start t date but Conrad didn’t like that and neither did Jeremiah so she has to break up with him so she does but then they don’t care about her.

this is still about Belly but her moms best friend Suzanna died and at her funeral Belly makes it all bout her because she found out that Conrad cheated n her so it was a big thing and then Jeremiah was mad because she kissed him a day after kissing Conrad so they were both really mad at her at the funeral so she ended up running away and screaming at Conrad.It was a couple months after the funeral and belly really missed Jeremiah so she called him but he told her how Conrad hasn’t been seen for a week so the next day they both meet up at his collage brown to see if they could find him but they didn’t but people talked about how he mentioned cousins so they knew exaclty where they needed to go so Jeremiah is going to go but doesn’t want belly to but she goes anyway to be there for him and yell at Conrad.When they get there they find out that the house is getting sold they try to fight for it but Conrad’s aunt is selling it so they throw a big party before they leave and that convinced her to back out on the deal but only if Conrad and Jeremiah’s dad will by it and he does.
