Ağrı is a city in Turkey and it is located in the East Anatolian Region of Turkey. Its neighbours are Kars in the North and Van in the South. Ağrı became province in 1927. The highest mountain of Turkey is located in this city and it is famous AĞRI mountain. Population, Survey and Licence Plate Code of AğrıThe biggest part (55%) of the population in Ağrı lives in the city center according to the datas and total population is 537.093. Ağrı is not very big in terms of its survey; it is 11.470 km2. It is licence plate code is 04. The city is famous for its carpet production and breeding. Cuisine of Ağrı is very rich. The most famous dish of Ağrı is diced lamb fried on iron plate which is called as “sac kavurma” in Turkish.

“The building of the present school was opened on September 1, 1986. It was named after Aleksander Fredro.
