With this quote it becomes more clear to me the distinct nature of the mentor/mentee relationship as opposed to coach/player, teacher/student, protege/expert, etc. A mentor is a confidence builder, someone to feel safe/whole around, someone who you are supposed to talk with freely. It makes the mentor/mentee relationship much more inviting and exciting. - Zach
