Interest is, I believe, the building blocks for everything in life. Finding out who you are and what makes you you is key. Interest comes and goes as one grows. That's inevitable. The difference in having that talent come or go is how interested you are in it. That can range from anything. Me personal it's music. I've been fascinated with music since birth, well that and Marvel comics. I'm a nerd what can I say. All in all having a deeper meaning to your interest is just as important as finding the interest. If you feel that it is very important stick to that interest. You never know, it could be the defining interest that changes the world.

Practice

Practice is as simple as it sounds. Once you find out what your interest is, practice makes the difference between turning that interest into a skill. The way I would love to explain practice is how badly do you want the success? To practice your skill it takes a lot more then one can think. Not only do you have to practice to make it better but even in criticism. Using everything around you to get even closer to your craft. Others will have insight and others will trash your art but thats part of practicing. It takes 21 days to form a habit. Make practicing your craft a religious factor. You won't be able to know how far you can get if you put in minimal effort. The amount of effort will reflect the amount of success is in the end.

Purpose

I have stated in earlier assignments that purpose is in every one of us beings on this planet. After you find your interest, and then practice it, the most important step is purpose. Anyone can find something they're good at and practice it. The difference between most people is the purpose you have behind what you do. Anyone can log countless hours but nobody can have the purpose behind what they do. That being said I do believe experience is experience. For me its my core values. My meaning in life is to realize that my life was unbelievably horrific, but i kept sight on the bigger picture. As I got older I learned to define that purpose and make something out of it. I am here on this planet to make a difference like the many men before me. I am living my life on one simple factor. That is reality. I will never know what happens to me after death, but I do know what can happen to me in reality. I choose to use my tough trials to help others. Help them realize life and the reality that we live in. I see a perfect Youtopia for humanity. It can happen for sure, just like me we have to keep our purpose in sight and never let go of it till we die. Live life and realize that there will be obstacles in the way. Working the problem is way better then letting it control you.

Hope

I would like to think hope has a huge tie in with purpose. Some people have hope that comes in so many forms. Some in loved ones, others in activities they do, and most of all others use religion. Hope is a very big thing to hold onto and to honestly grasp. Hope comes to people in waves I think. Some of us might not see the hope till later one. Just like me I find my hope in keeping my purpose on my mind. I understand that I can make the necessary steps to get where I want in life. I know I am not Captain America but stressing over the idea of hope is useless I think. I take my life in stride and do what I can with it, I understand there will be times where it will be tough but since I have an open mind already I take it how it comes. The good things I will cherish and hold dearly, but the bad I will learn. Weather it is my doing or others I will learn. I keep in mind that I went through hell so many time. My purpose in my hope. I keep moving forward using it as fuel.

Growth mindset

Growth mindset is the process of one having the mentality of learning within their trials within life. The idea that humans are a learning species and yes there might be things we are individually born with that others don't have. It all boils down to knowledge if you think about it. I am a person who strives to know more about anything. I believe knowledge is power and having the mindset of wanting to know more will triumph anyone who thinks they can get from point a to point b no problem. We as a species from day one have been a learning people. Keeping an open mind on how to use the knowledge we get to change the world is the end goal in my opinion.

Fixed mindset

Fixed mindset is when one thinks that they are already inherently in possession of said knowledge. You think your ways and skills will not be changed. I think that is true to an extent. I believe as we grow we evolve to learn and once we have the knowledge of a subject its max, that's when things can't be changed. Yes some things have a cap of max knowledge for the time being, but I do think that an open mind is way better then trying to be full. I would like to think of it like a puzzle. Yes some pieces will work to form the best picture, but some might need to change. Once every piece is shaped they way it needs to be, then at the end the picture is complete, and the message will be given.

Eminem

I understand that Eminem might be a name that others might seem is said to much, me personally it isn't said enough. I would have to say just like others on this planet that Eminem is the GodFather of GRIT. He has stated so many times that Hip Hop was is saving grace. He found his interest in music and really wanted to work hard to get known. The odds were against him the entire time. He had a bucket full of things to overcome. He used Hailey as his purpose to get to live a better life then he did. He practice his craft no matter the odds and has been working with the same producer to this day. He always had the idea of music and realizing that with his talent he can have his world as perfect as can be. I absolutely think Eminem has both mindsets. He, just like Tom Brady for me, have overcome many odds. Being that good at your craft you would have to proficient in both mindsets. Understanding the end goal in the fixed mindset and goal. That wont change, but the way to get there and overcome obstacles. Em and Brady both had to have a growing mindset or prevail over all the odds. Eminem kept in mind that change needed to happen, but the only things that can change that is him, and boy did he make the change. He took charge and made the steps. He went to rap battles and never gave up and the opportunity came to him.

Help as a student

Me personally think that I am at my peak. I do very much so believe that I can grow just like everyone else on this planet. When it comes to finding my purpose or worrying about motivation. I would say I have already found it. My very tough trials made me get where I am. I have the skills and the motivation to get to the top. I have no issues with making sacrifices either. Sometimes to get to the best outcome, one has to make the tough choices. I am here on this planet of one reason and one reason. To HELP. I have my mindset on how basic life should be, but that's because I had to learn just like everyone else. I had to grow up at a very very early age and its because of that I am beyond proud to stay I love where I am at. I will continue to learn and obtain more knowledge as everyone should. How I get there and keeping up with it, that is as solid as anything can be and that will never break. I will accept what gets thrown my way good bad or otherwise. My purpose is what drives me and I am happy with how things will turn out for my life from here on out. It has been nothing but year after year of tragedy but now, it's my turn to take the rains.
