חלב זה מהמוצרים של החלב ותחליפיו פטל זה ממשהו מתוק, של קבוצת הממתקים , קבוצת הממתקים לא בריאים לגוף , לכן מקפידים לאכול כמה שפחות .
הוספתי גם שוקולד אוראו שזה משהו מתוק שזה קבוצה של נכללים סוכריות וממתקים כמו עוגה שוקולד ועוד ...

חשיבות ארוחת הבוקר: 
לארוחת הבוקר חשיבות גבוה מאוד לתפקוד הגוף להמשך היום ולתפקוד המוח לאחר הצום של הלילה ואיבוד האנרגיה הגופני. ארוחת הבוקר צריכה להיות בריאה ומזינה ולכלול רכיבים חיוניים כמו פחמימות חלבונים שומנים ויטמינים ומינרלים.

הצלחת האישית שלי כוללת פחמימות - לחמנייה, חלבונים- גבינה צהובה וביצה קשה, ירקות ופירות- מלפפון גמבה תפוח וענבים, שמנים ושומנים- אגוזי מלך.

פחמימות- מספקות אנרגיה מאחר הם מספקות סוכרים ועמילנים.
חלבונים- לחלבונים יש תפקיד התפקיד הוא לבנות את תאי השריר מקור החלבונים מבעלי חיים וצמחים לדוגמה: קיטניות, בשר, חלב, ביצים ועוד.
פירות וירקות- פירות וירקות עשירים בויטמינים ומינרלים שהם עוזרים לבניית עצמות ותאים בגוף , הם עוזרים גם לתפקוד התהליכים שונים בגוף.
שמנים ושומנים- שמנים ושומנים עוזרים להתפתחות הגוף ולבנייתו של גופנו.
