  2. CMs draw connections between their beliefs and actions and their students’ learning as they learn and grow in their mastery of their academic content and pedagogy (CPs, IAs, TMs).
  3. CMs develop personal judgment, reflective practice, openness, ownership, and investment in collective development as they grow their students in academic, personal, access, and SPCC outcomes.
