I listened to the Track 1 twice to write down the conversation

and learn new vocabularies and sentence stress.

The second time I listened, I closed my eyes and noticed if I missed any words.

My listening skill is not good at all, so this way helps me to improve it gradually.

I find it hard to maintain this learning method, but patient pratice will make it effective. Mr. Triết always says “ Practice makes perfect”

Here are some vocabularies I noted down :

• to sort things out : dọn dẹp, sắp xếp lại / giải quyết mâu thuẫn

• to settle in ( a bit ) : để ổn định lại một chút

• lodge (v) : cư trú, ở trọ

• type sth in : nhập cái gì vào ( máy tính, điện thoại…)

• keep sb informed of sth : thông báo cho ai đó việc j

• reckon (v) : tính toán là / cho là

• intercutural experience (n) liên văn hoá

• mix in with people : hoà nhập với mọi người

• meet up to do sth : họp mặt nhau để làm gì

• outing (n) chuyến đi chơi / dã ngoại

• be mistaken (a) nhầm lẫn
