Let's do differently next time." This approach doesn't mask the issue and address the problem that what they are doing is not correct. In my opinion, if someone had said something that was discriminative, I would respond saying, "Seriously? How would you like if I did that to you?" From my point of view, confronting the problem is the issue in these scenarios.
