We have a leadership team of 19 members who collect data for their department and hold monthly data chat meetings. Data is also discussed and analyzed in our collaborative common planning meetings and is utilized to create next- steps. We hold quarterly "Stop Everything and Chat" school-wide data chats with our students. Each student receives an email with FSA, iReady, and common assessment data in core classes. Teachers receive a guided script on how to guide the data chats.
