To Our Winning Bidders, Near and Far,

We’re recovering from an incredible night filled with art, music, and the presence of so many wonderful people. The generosity in both bids and donations was truly overwhelming, and we can’t thank you enough for your support.

For those winning bidders outside of Omaha or those who couldn’t collect their items in person, we’re working diligently to sort through the inventory to determine what was sold, what needs to be shipped, and the best way to package and send each piece. Larger framed items may require additional time to finalize shipping and handling costs, but please know we’re moving as quickly as possible to get your items to you.

If you haven’t already, please reach out to Craig Potter, who will handle the final collection and shipping coordination once we have the items sorted. We’ll be ready to start packaging and purchasing shipping labels soon. For those who’ve reached out already with information on your winning items, we appreciate your proactive communication! Please ensure we have your full name, shipping address, the items you won, and your grand total (before taxes), if possible.

We’re aiming to complete this first round of sorting by Saturday. However, please bear with us, as I (Matt) will be on a business trip starting Sunday. Rest assured, your items are safe and in good hands, and we are committed to getting them to you safely and promptly.

Additionally, once we have accounted for all sold items, we may open the remaining items for additional comments and bids for an extended timeframe. Stay tuned for more details on that opportunity soon!
