         <description><![CDATA[<div>John is a safety manager at a manufacturing plant that produces pharmaceuticals. One of his main responsibilities is to ensure the health and safety of the workers. Recently, John has noticed that some employees are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, shortness of breath, and eye irritation. After conducting an investigation, John suspects that the symptoms are due to the presence of a hazardous substance in the workplace. John's first step is to identify the hazardous substance and assess the level of risk to the workers. He consults with the plant's occupational hygienist and they both agree that the substance in question is a chemical used in the production process. They also determine that the exposure level exceeds the permissible exposure limit (PEL) set by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA).</div>]]></description>
